Acquisition of GeniMedical
Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100% of GeniMedical B.V from the founders. GeniMedical, founded in 1998, is a supplier and developer of orthopaedical solutions based in the Netherlands.

Asker has a reach in 14 markets and our aim is to support GeniMedical in their continued growth”, says Johan Falk CEO Asker Healthcare Group.
GeniMedical develops and sells orthopedic solutions such as splints, braces and plaster products in the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Denmark. In 2022, GeniMedical has 5 employees and had a revenue of approximately SEK 40m in 2022.
